Experience the power of relaxation, good posture, natural movement, and
making positive connections with others in this seven-week introduction
to Ki Development and Ki-Aikido. Ki Development trains
coordination of mind and body through meditation and movement exercises
that promote our natural ability to respond to stress and conflict
positively and creatively. Ki-Aikido is a non-competitive, mutually
supportive martial art based on connecting with nature, with others, and
with ourselves. In this seven-week class, you will learn
techniques to remain centered, focused and relaxed, while connecting
with those around you. You will also learn basic dojo etiquette,
meditation practices, a selection of Ki-Aikido techniques, and how to
safely receive those techniques.
