For the safety of our community, all in-person classes are currently online or outside with masks and spatial distancing.  
We will return to aikido arts classes when it is deemed safe to do so. 

In the meantime, it's vital to train in daily life: practice calmness and relaxation, extend plus Ki, and keep yourself well. 

This training is expressly designed to support us in performing to the best of our abilities, regardless of our circumstances. You are part of a wonderful and sincere community that can offer each other support in these times.

Let's practice together. You are warmly invited to join us for our current offerings. Zoom details can be found on the Class Schedule for all classes including:

  • Evening Ki & Aikido Class (M, W & F)
