Ki Development Exercises


Ki no Taiso Ho

When we were born, the Universe gave us both mind and body together. The unborn child has the mind of an unborn child, and the infant has the mind of an infant. Our mind and body grow together as we mature. Once we understand that the Universe has given us mind and body at the same time, it is natural to use them both together. In other words, mind-body oneness is our natural state.

Soshu Tohei developed the Ki Development Exercises as a way to realize mind-body oneness in daily life. If you practice this exercise in daily life, you will experience mind-body oneness without fail. For those who want to learn Kiatsu Therapy or Shinshin Toitsu Aikido it is particularly important to practice the Ki Development Exercises.
