    Welcome

Welcome to The Center for Mind-Body Oneness, teaching the Japanese arts of Shinshin Toitsudo and Shinshin Toitsu Aikido. Our purpose is to train people to unlock their natural abilities through the realization of oneness of mind and body.

We offer ongoing training for people of all ages, backgrounds, and levels of fitness in a friendly, supportive atmosphere that promotes clarity, confidence, calmness, and connection. Classes provide multiple approaches to Mind-Body unity:

Ki Aikido: Dynamic, peaceful martial art techniques that harmonize with a partner’s movement

Ki Breathing: Breathing exercises to experience mind-body oneness

Ki Development Exercises: Light physical exercises to coordinate mind and body

Ki Meditation: Deep relaxation and clarity of mind through quiet meditation

Kiatsu: Ki Connection to promote personal health and well being

Misogi: Physically demanding exercises producing deep calmness
